I payed 130$ to rent an eText. That's already a bit of a scam, but then I wasn't given an activation link I was supposed to get from them and it wasn't clear I needed a seperate activation link until after I revealed my activation code which lost me the ability to return it. Neither my college, BNC, nor Pearson have any idea where my activation code is and I'm forced to buy a physical copy without getting the money for my first purchase back.

I ordered my books on bncollege.com and picked them up at the store the next day because i didn’t have the time or patience to go searching around for everything myself. The line was a little slow, but the staff found my order quickly once I got up there. Overall, it worked fine and saved me some time, which I definitely needed.

My order got here when it was supposed to, so at first I figured everything was fine. Then I picked up the box and pretty much assumed right away it wasn’t the best choice for textbooks because it felt kind of thin.
One corner was crushed, and one of the books had a small dent on the cover. Nothing was actually ruined, so I kept it, but I do think they should use a sturdier box or add more padding. If little dents don’t bother you, it’s probably okay.

Ordered a couple books from bncollege.com. Simple. Got the order email right away, then another when it shipped.
Tracking was easy to follow. It updated more than I expected, honestly. Delivery was about on time, maybe a day late.

I ended up returning a book I didn’t really need after all, and I think the refund came through about a week later. It wasn’t exactly quick, but the process was clear from what I remember. I did reach out to customer service with a question, and they got back to me, so that helped. Overall, it was fine in the end, though I probably would’ve liked the refund to move a little faster.

Ordered a used textbook from Barnes & Noble College and it showed up in good shape. Nice. There was some highlighting inside, but nothing too distracting, and the cover was actually fine. it looked better than I expected for a used book

The campus store staff were really helpful. They were friendly too. I got what I needed without any trouble.

I ordered a textbook and a hoodie from bncollege, and somehow the hoodie showed up in the wrong size and one of my books was completely missing. Like, I am 100% sure I ordered the right stuff, so this was definitely on their end. Customer service did fix part of the issue eventually, but it took way longer than it should have and was annoying. When it comes to college stuff, there is absolutely no room for this kind of mix-up. I need the order to be right the first time, period.

I checked a few different textbook sites, and the prices here seemed decent in comparison. Definitely nice to find something a bit more affordable.

I found the books I was looking for alright, but the pages loaded slowly and checkout was a bit confusing. It’s hard to describe, but the whole thing just felt a little less smooth than it should. Not terrible, though, it got the job done.

I bought a digital access code for one of my classes and it didn’t work right away, which was really stressful because I had an assignment due. I ended up having to wait around and contact support instead of just getting started. They did eventually fix it, but the whole support experience kind of made me feel like it was somehow my fault or that I must have done something wrong. After dealing with that, I don’t really trust buying codes from them again.

The product was fine, but the return took forever. I’m patient with this kind of stuff, but this dragged on way longer than it should have. Eventually it got sorted out, but the whole process definitely could’ve been smoother.

I used bncollege for one of my textbooks, the e-reader app was just okay. It did what I needed for class, so I can’t really complain too much... but it definitely felt slow at times. Pages took a while to load, and highlighting was kind of clunky here and there. It works, sure, but it would be a lot better if it froze less and felt smoother overall!

I’m happy with it so far. The quality feels good, and the stitching looks solid, which gives me confidence that it’ll hold up well with regular use.

It was easy enough to find, which I appreciated, but the hours are a little inconvenient depending on when you’re trying to go. I remember there was this bright blue trash can right outside the entrance for some reason, so at least I knew I was in the right place. Overall, okay location, just wish they were open at better times.
